After years of methodical project implementation, PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (PALYJA) has gone live with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) v2.2 last 05 September 2011. With comprehensive data conversion and migration processes plus an exhaustive series of functional tests and dress rehearsals employed by the Project Team, the project’s Rollout Phase was conducted efficiently.
PALYJA is one of the two water service providers that serve close to 420,000 connections (3 million customers) in Jakarta, Indonesia. PALYJA is jointly owned and managed by GDF SUEZ of France and the ASTRA Group of Indonesia. In October 2008, PALYJA decided to implement Oracle’s CC&B with the assistance of PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) and Tiger Consulting and Software Devt Inc (TCSDI) to enhance their business processes for improved customer services.
